What 2D and 3D CAD formats does your engineering desk accept?
Our detailing center natively imports DWG, DXF, STEP (.stp), IGES, IFC, and Tekla Structures 3D assemblies. For manual fabrication take-offs, high-resolution multi-page PDF blueprints are also accepted.
What is the standard turnaround time for a formal quotation & BOM take-off?
Standard structural packages are quoted within 2 to 4 working hours. Complex high-tonnage EPC tenders or pressure vessel assemblies requiring weld procedure sheets (WPS) are delivered within 24 hours.
Can our third-party inspection agency (TPI) audit our fabrication lot at your plant?
Yes. We provide full staging bays and calibrated NDT testing instruments for client-appointed TPI agencies including Bureau Veritas, TUV, DNV, SGS, and Engineers India Limited (EIL).
What raw steel grades are maintained in ready stock at your Makarpura facility?
We maintain ongoing warehouse stock of IS 2062 Grade E250 / E350 plates up to 100mm, SS 304/316L coils and plates, SA 516 Grade 70 boiler quality plates, and Corten atmospheric weathering steels directly traceable to SAIL, Tata Steel, and JSW.
Do you provide turnkey on-site rigging, crane coordination, and site erection?
Yes. In addition to factory manufacturing, our certified field teams, mobile crane operators, and AWS 6G field welders provide complete sequential site erection across all Indian states.
What surface finishes and anti-corrosive coatings are available?
Our facility features automated copper slag grit blasting to Sa 2.5 Swedish Standard, followed by inorganic zinc silicate primers, high-build epoxy intermediates, aliphatic polyurethanes, or hot-dip galvanizing per ASTM A123.
